CNC Prime is a full service machine shop and specializing in mill, lathe, gears, gearboxes, and design/programing. CNC Prime has many special capabilities such as complete engineering and manufacture of custom parts, gears per customer specifications.
CNC Machining Tolerances
Maximum Part Size
- Milled parts up to 1400 mm (55.1 in) x 660 mm (26.0 in) x 635 mm (25.0 in).
- Lathe parts up to 2,000 mm (78.7 in) length and 700 mm (25.6 in) diameter.
Minimum Feature Size
- 0.5 mm (0.02 in). This is depending on part geometry and chosen material.
Threads and Tapped Holes
- CNC Prime can accommodate any standard thread size. We can also machine custom threads.
